Sean gives the best customer service in town! Our fireplace died on Tuesday morning of last week when the cold freeze started and we were out of heat during this past cold freeze and he went beyond to try and get the part we needed for our gas fireplace. Shawn has been awesome, i have texted him many times with questions even after the services were done and he is always quick to respond and answer anything i might ask and i am sure he would continue to if i had a question and wanted his opinion. Sean responded within 5 minutes after leaving a message with their answering service and at my house within 24 hours.
