Bad service , broken car parts
Beware! took in my 2001 Dodge 2500 diesel for new batteries and fix the play in my steering wheel. I was quoted $1900 and agreed to replacing two batteries and fixing the play in the steering wheel on a Friday. I was called on the following Monday stating it would be $3200. They conveniently blamed it on one of the other people at the shop for providing the wrong information. I would not agree to the additional fees but they had already removed the ball joints. They ended up putting the old ball joints back in and gave me ba... read more
