Bad service , broken car parts
Beware! took in my 2001 Dodge 2500 diesel for new batteries and fix the play in my steering wheel. I was quoted $1900 and agreed to replacing two batteries and fixing the play in the steering wheel on a Friday. I was called on the following Monday stating it would be $3200. They conveniently blamed it on one of the other people at the shop for providing the wrong information. I would not agree to the additional fees but they had already removed the ball joints.
