My dad had a minor stroke was admitted and no one in our family got a "family code". I called 2 times and had no problem talking to a nurse without the code because my name was on the list of people who they could talk to. The third time i called, the operator was very rude and would not at least transfer me to the nurse. She hung up on me 3 times after this. RecommendedEvery encounter with the people that work there, from the check-in desk to post-surgery recovery, was beyond satisfactory. Every single aspect of the entire process far exceeded my expectations. I am very grateful to have been taken care of such a talented and positive group of professionals.
RecommendedI spent several hours in this ED only because the staff wanted to assure I was safe enough to leave with my diagnosis. They were efficient , caring and thoughtful. A special shout out to my nurse Heather, Dr Buchanan, Dan( resident) and the CT staff for your compassionate care on Christmas Eve eve.
