Finally!! A Female Friendly Auto Repair The guy's over at Brock's may not have the best price available but the service is absolutely wonderful! As a woman it is often uncomfortable to deal with mechanics and the general you-know-nothing attitude directed at women...here you will not be treated that way. Consumer Beware! Consumer Beware! This is the last place I would recommend for one to take their car to be serviced. The quality of the work is below par and the customer service is poor. Dennis the service writer will attempt to rip you off and does not know how to treat customers. As consumers we have options and I would suggest that Brock s not be yours when selecting car service!

I brought my 2002 Tahoe in 30 minutes before closing and the mechanic was very profesional and patient, he even test drove my Tahoe and diagnosed the problem right then. The gentleman behind the counter went ahead and ordered the replacement part. The next day everything happened like BROCK'S said it would. They called us and my wife took the Tahoe in to be repaired. Honesty I have used Brock's many times over the years. Originally, I picked them because they were close to where I lived at the time. I have continued to patronize them, however, because they are thorough and meticulous. They are not cheapest garage in the area, nor the fastest, but everything they have ever fixed for me stayed fixed. I can also recall one particular instance where they quoted my wife an estimate of over $300.00 to effect some repairs. Once they took a good look, they called her back. Would Recommend! We had never been to Brocks until today and we went only because where we were suppose to get the brakes and things done (Kwik Car, would not recommend) told us that they couldn't do it even though they told us to come back the previous day. I was very impressed with Brocks. What we had done to the car was only 385 and I was expecting way more for what we needed done. They also gave us a ride home and picked us up when the car was done. Could've been better I recommended Brock's to my mom recently and really ended up regretting it. My mom brought her car in around noon and was told everything would be finished by 4. (She brought it in for an oil change and A/C work). They finally called her at 530 to tell her the oil was changed, but they needed to run diagnostics to see what was causing the A/C problem. Honest Car Care I went to Brocks cause I knew where it was, little did I know I would quit going to any other car care place because they are friendly, honest, and reasonably priced. When I took my husband's car and we were all done and getting back in it, they stopped us said his tail light was out and then changed it and waved goodbye, I was in shock and have never been anywhere else since!
Several Generations using Brocks Car Care Our family has been using Brock's Car Care for 17 years. We can trust them to keep our families cars well maintained and safe on the highway. Every time we have a new driver/car we take them over to introduce them to Brocks so they know where to go for regular maintenance and who to call if they have a car problem.
