Bret was great to work with despite the time difference (us in west coast). His long time (5+yrs) management of our home before we decided to sell gave him a great deal of insight in how to price for the market and we trusted his knowledge of the area given that we were on the other side of the country. During the sale process we had several offers and he was very helpful in the negotiation process to help us find the right buyer, if we go back to the DC metro area, we will definitely call him.
My husband and I bought our first home with Bret. He was able to negotiate with the seller to fix the chimney with our contract since there was some damage. He was knowledgeable and very responsive! It was a blast to work with him and we would recommend him to anyone looking to buy/sell.
