We have lived near 6557 Anniston St. for 20+ years now. The property is managed by James Brock of Brock Realty and is owned by Mr. Jack Bair of Columbia S.C. We visited their office about 3 weeks ago to discuss the state of the property as well as the conduct of the tenants. There are frequent visits from the Cumberland County Sheriff's Dept. and well as DPS because one of the tenants is on probation.
