I called Brock last Friday and told the person who answered the phone that I needed to speak with someone today Monday Dec 16th in the morning .. I need to speak with someone "other" than Jane Brock who has been extremely rude to me in previous conversations. She also hung on me in previous calls not allowing me to ask questions.
