Great customer service, scheduling, and price! This plumbing company was highly recommended on a social media post. They arrived within the time window to reset a leaking toilet, install a new one, and dispose of the old fixture.

Last week the water department contacted me letting me know that I was hemorrhaging 40 gallons of water per hour. I called this company and they answered immediately. She was so nice and said she had a crew that was finishing up a job and she would see if they could stop by.I asked how much and she said we don’t charge for estimates which I was shocked. I was desperate to find an HONEST plumber because my water bill spiked from $55 to $350 a month. A couple of bids later & some shady contractors (NOT Brock) wanted to re-pipe my whole house for $25,000! What??? My neighbor referred me to Brock Plumbing & I thank God for them! I talked to Erin on the phone. She was SO sweet, accommodating, listened to me whine & got someone out within 2 hours to fix my leak. In an age of mediocrity, this company stands out as simply outstanding. Great service all around, from Erin’s impeccable phone manner and follow-up to Alex and Matt’s precision plumbing work. What I thought was going to be a pain was fixed in short order and they were friendly besides. I’m not used to this kind of professionalism these days. I highly recommend them for any plumbing need.
