I appreciate the fact that when I call in (1) there is a person there and not a VRU, and (2) -- whoever I end up speaking to -- can quickly get access to my account and is able to quickly understand the my question and the context in which I am asking it.
We had a bad experience years ago with our insurance company and for that reason decided to shop and re-evaluate our coverage regularly. We went through a number of policies, changing about every two years until we signed up with the Brocks.
