ABSOLUTELY THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. A TOTAL NIGHTMARE. Please save yourself from the horrible problems I've had with Brock and don't even think about using them. UPDATE - BROCK OUT OF BUSINESS, contact parent company Cornerstone Building Brands and slam them for not looking after customers. They know we are stuck for repairs and they are ignoring us. UNETHICAL - MANAGEMENT INTENTIONALLY STALLING PRODUCT REPLACEMENT TO FORCE EXPIRATION OF WARRANTY. Years I have been waiting for a repair on a sub par product and install. Just over 2 years ago we purchased a front entry and a patio door from Brock Windows and Doors. After numerous delays our doors were installed approximately six months after they were ordered in December 2021. Since then we've had numerous calls to service the patio door. To this day, the lock does not fully engage and the door has to be closed sometimes up to 5 times for this to happen. Purchased Windows from Brock in 2023 one window cracked. Brock was bought out lots of confusion as to who to call for replacement and which company is responsible for warranty. Call centre is a numbered company and refused to provide information
