I have seen Rachael for several years on a monthly basis. She is focused on doing what is right for my skin and I havee seen signigficant improvement. She has excellent bedside manner - knowing when to chat, remembering what we talked about last month and when to be quiet. The administrative staff is great. Scheduling appts has always been easy, including rescheduling. The office manager is positively the best assistant of Dr Ridenour.

This doctor is a butcher! He shouldn't be able to perform on anyone's face or body he left me scared and had a bad infection after my surgery. The end result is super ugly i wanted to die! Stay far away from this Doctor and save yourself alot of money and mental stress that led me to major depression due to scarring after surgery. Notice all the good comments are from his own websites and are written most likley by his staff TRUST ME you will find the truth if you look more into this so called Dr Ridenour
This Dr. Brock D Ridenour is someone you should avoid. My surgery was a nightmare and embarassment. As God is my witness I wish I never met this doctor! He's careless in a hurry and un- prepared. Im not a surgeon but I felt like asking him if he knew what he was doing and almost got up and left in the middle of the procedure, I wish I did, you should go with your gut feelings.
