These idiots forgot flashing on one of our windows causing a massive $22K repair that they ghosted me about for months. Had multiple contractors come out who all reported the poor construction and lack of basic materials. Stay away and don’t buy anything they construct.
Not sure how about the home building side but I applied for a job running equipment with brick built. Spoke to a guy named Nick Henry and everything went great it sounded like a great place to work. That was on a Monday, I txt him on wend with the info he asked for and he never responded, text him again Friday, called him, and text him again with still no answer or call back. I am super excited to finalize the floor plans for the new development in West Highlands. The interactions I have had with everyone at Brock Built has been fantastic so far. Each and everyone human being, yes that’s right HUMAN BEING, that I have spoken with has been professional and courteous and more than willing to help me with any concerns or questions. 10/10 client service!!
