I do not recommend moving into any community built by Brock. They use horrible subs, cheap materials, and do not care about the families that will ultimately live in the homes. My house is only 4 years old and I’ve had to replace/repair several fixtures and materials that were used in the initial build in a short time. My biggest issue was that my acrylic shower/tub in my guest bathroom was installed sitting on a piece of plywood and buckled/made noise throughout the house anytime someone took a shower in it. A brand new home doesn't mean it doesn't have issues. Make sure your inspector is thorough with your inspection, especially with this builder! Fans and multiple doors and windows were all installed incorrectly on our brand new home.

These idiots forgot flashing on one of our windows causing a massive $22K repair that they ghosted me about for months. Had multiple contractors come out who all reported the poor construction and lack of basic materials. Stay away and don’t buy anything they construct. 10/2025: I am updating my review as 2 of my neighbors have the exact same problem. This is now a PATTERN of poor workmanship.
