Staff took good care of me and attended to my needs Doctor Conner did a great job on my cap very satisfied overall
My appointment was at 9 am arrived 10 mins early. I was not pulled back until 935 am (The front end staff never said they were running behind). Cindy the hygienist was nonchalant about being behind. When cleaning my teeth she was rough and uncaring. I waited another 30 mins tos ee the dentist. Never saw him. When I need ed to leave the hygienist Cindy said you work in a Dr office you understand. This is not how you conduct buisness. I get new managemment, but your patients make or break your buisness.
My mom , Betty Brooks, had a good visit. Also she appreciates how well they did and the friendliness they showed her.
