I contacted Brocious Plumbing to fix a hydrant that leaked from the top. A simple fix, replace the o-ring. I received my bill a few days later for $280.40. I was charged $9.25 for packing material (o-ring) and fuel. I was charged $271.15 in labor to replaced the o-ring. When I called to verify the bill I was told it required 2 plus hours of labor at $95 per hr plus an additional $65 for the first hour.
