I was billed before they even completed the job, and I was overcharged for a service I specifically said no to. This looks like a trend according to other reviews. I was blamed for the crew cutting my above ground electric dog fence and my landscape lighting wires, and sent rude emails in response to my issues. A project that should have taken 3-4 days is going on 2 weeks and nobody has been by to finish the contracted job in 12 days. We contacted Broccolo Tree & Lawn Service, Inc to treat our lawn after seeing their ad in our local paper. We requested the 5 treatments, the first one free for $380. The contact detailing what would be done on each visit was sent to us, signed and returned. The details of the first visit were fertilizer, broadleaf weed control and crabgrass pre-emergent if needed. His account was credited. He had met with the technician and watched as they did the work. I am assuming he did not understand what he had agreed to on his contract.
Do not use these people. I have had 4 separate issues with Broccolo either screwing up or failing to perform the service. Most recently, their Tech showed up at my house. I happened to be home and watched him. He put out the yellow flags and put a bill on the door but did NOTHING to the lawn. His bill says he was spot treating for weeds. I don't have any weeds. This treatment was supposed to be for insects. These guys are running a Con.

Customer sent the following email on 7/30 at 5pm: You guys showed up today for a lawn treatment at (Edited) Pittsford, NY. I was home. The bill your tech left says that he did a "spot treatment for weeds". Other than leave a bill and put out your yellow flags, I did n't (sp) see him do anything. 1. My lawn has NO weeds visible, so I don't know what the f--k (Edited) he was spot treating. 2. I just mowed Sunday. Sherri broccolo was not pushy,very reasonable and very nice.i would definitley reccomend them to everyone.!!
Good prices, good results We started using Broccolo this year for our regular lawn treatments. They are very reasonably priced and reliable with their applications. So far, we've seen a reduction in our weeds, but the lawn is not as green as I would like, but that could be due to the lack of rain also. We will definitely renew our contract next season because the prices are good.
