Poor Customer Service I have been going here for 2 years and though it is overpriced, when you find a stylist you like it is hard to leave so I stayed. I drop about 200-300 each visit on my cut, color and highlights. I received a coupon for a free cut in March with any color process so I scheduled an appointment and stated that I wanted to take advantage of the offer. The girl who confirmed my appt 2 times before the date never told me to print the offer out and I (being a rather busy person) overlooked the request to print ... read more
great service I have been going to this studio for more than 4 years and have had a fantastic service consistently. Especially Gina is my fav. hair stylist. She is very good at her job and always dedicated to giving an excellent service. Now I live in VA however still go there once in a while for a hair cut...Unluckily, I wasn't able to find such a service in VA yet. Good job guys!!!
Great Cut and Color! I had a great experience with Brocato's. The stylist really listened and gave me a fantastic cut and color. She also gave me terrific tips on how to take better care of my hair. Of course that involved buying rediculously expensive products but it was really worth it. I'm only giving 4 stars though because it was INSANELY expensive. I walked out with a highlight and cut for the grand total of $350. And that didn't include the products! I feel really ripped off.
Best facial and skin care around! Although Brocatos Studio of Hair has talented hair stylists as the name suggests, their best-kept secret is the on staff Master Aesthetician, Evelyn. Iâve never experienced a more pleasurable and relaxing facialâ¦and with radiant results! She also offered me amazing advice for how to care for my skin daily. She explained why my skin acts the way it does (I would get annoying bumps on my forehead--since college), and she told me on how to get rid of them--(They are gone now!). Unfortunatel... read more
I'm obessed with my hair. I 've been to three places in the Fells Point - Canton area and Brocato's has been the best so far. They even carry Bumble and Bumble - great hair product. However, please be aware price ranges vary from $50 - $65 for a hair cut depending on stlyist. I usually go to Casey, who is awesome, but you could almost go to anyone and be happy you came to the salon.
