Love Dr Hensler. Great bed side manor, listens to his patients. 10/10
I went to BROC for a problem I was having with my shoulder. I told the young doctor, Hensler, that I torn my rotator cuff around 30 years ago and the doctor then gave me a cortisone injection which fixed the problem and eliminated the pain. The BROC doctor gave me a steroid shot with an anesthetic numbing agent which took the pain away instantly. The pain was back the next day. Great experience. Dr. was very friendly, knowledgeable & concerned with my issue. Took time to explain & went over my options & let me chose.
