We have been here twice for different ortho issues and were taken back to the room right away. Dr. Hensler was recommended to us. He had great bedside manner, took his time, and explained everything in terms my child would understand. The treatment plan worked well for the first injury, so I knew we had to go back when an unrelated second injury occurred. I have recommended him to others because of the care we have received.

I went to BROC for a problem I was having with my shoulder. I told the young doctor, Hensler, that I torn my rotator cuff around 30 years ago and the doctor then gave me a cortisone injection which fixed the problem and eliminated the pain. The BROC doctor gave me a steroid shot with an anesthetic numbing agent which took the pain away instantly. The pain was back the next day.
