Was able to get vehicle in right away and handle everything it needed and more. Loved the video showing the needs
Great service as always!! Folks are friendly and very accommodating to the needs of your vehicle and even a busy working Mom. Shay at the front desk was kind enough to provide snacks as I was here longer than I had anticipated and she even helped me vacuum out my vehicle which it defiantly needed. I am very disappointed in Bergstrom Volkswagen of GB. My daughter and I came in to look at a few GLI’s a tall skinny Lady came out of the building I asked her if there were and manual transmission GLI’s she rudely told me NO as she look my daughter and I up and down and saw my 2002 Beetle, and proceeded to walk a way telling me “we might be getting more on the next delivery”. I am so grateful. I bought a used Tiguan a few weeks ago and when I finally needed to use the AC, I only had hot air. The car needed a new condenser, an $1800 repair. In swoops Shae (service) and Sal (sales). They worked with their leadership to help get it taken care of at no cost to me. The warranty I have doesn’t cover that type of repair, so they weren’t obligated to do it. I cannot thank them enough, I really needed a win and they helped me get it. I bought my new Tiguan in January at Bergstrom. It was a pleasant experience working with Sal. I felt no pressure from Sal about the sale. He allowed me to test drive two different vehicles and was unsure what color I wanted. Sal also took the time to explain the different warranty options available with no pressure. Jason did a great job with handling the paperwork! I just had my first oil change done there and the service staff was very friendly and accommodating! I would recommend them to anyone! Thanks to the staff.
