I dont think we will buy from Bergstrom ever again. It’s worth the time and effort to travel just a bit outside Bergstroms stronghold in the area and find a better dealer. Sales process was great, service center has been awful. Update:10/25. Service remains awful. Only going there for warranties since the Bergstrom Monopoly in the area continues. They attempted to tell me my cabin air filter was dirty after just replacing it 2 months ago.
This is my first EV buying experience and Bergstrom Volkswagen made the process seamless! If looking for a VW do yourself a favor and go to Caleb Stout at Bergstrom VW, him the entire team that I dealt with were awesome. Highly recommend and love my new ID.4!
