I had an appointment on 3/4 at 10:30 am and was told that there was going to be 3 separate diagnostic charges of 180 when I scheduled the appointment I was told 1 charge was going to cover everything. I was told it would be ready in 1.5-2 hours at 2.5 hours I went back to get my car and was told that they didn’t even look at the car yet.
Customer service is absolutely awful. I have 2 recalls on my id 4. They keep telling me they will call me back with more information. Then never call back. Rinse and replete now 4 times and still no information or scheduled appointment.
Great customer service during service appointments. Place was busy, but great communication on timing and details. Christopher and Shaylynn were locked in as usual.
Had a great experience! Caleb was fantastic and was not over bearing. He made sure we left happy and got our car asap. I couldn't be more excited to Own my 1st volkswagen! Loving my 2024 taos!
