Great location, apartments and grounds are well maintained, not to mention the beautiful view. I really enjoyed living in this complex and would highly recommend for young professionals and older adults who desire proximity to downtown and peace of mind.
I recently moved into this apartment building and am very impressed. It’s clean, well-kept, and has a comfortable feel. Nina is easy to contact and has been very helpful throughout the process of leasing and moving in. The grounds are beautiful and so are the pools! Looking forward to my stay here.
I was a resident at Broadway Village for over five years, before relocating to the Kansas City/Lee's Summit area due to a transfer at work. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Broadway Village. Great neighbors. Great amenities. Great staff -- Nina, the Property Manager and Jeremy, the Maintenance Director were always 100% so nice and did everything they could to take care of residents. This place has so much to offer. Very clean and quiet environment with so many great amenities. It's like you are living in a park away from all the noise and traffic, but also very close to downtown Columbia. So happy to be living here!
Nina was a great help and assisted us through the entire process, from getting a tour, to applying to finally signing a lease! Made us feel valued and right at home!
