Although the property is older, it has a very pleasant outdoor environment. The maintenance staff are reliable and efficient.
The office people are so nice and helped me through the signing process of their new apartment and Nina is the best.
My son is moving into Broadway Village Apartments and I'm blown away at how nice the apartments and complex are. Nina gave us the tour and I know that my son is going to be safe and comfortable in his new home. The grounds feel like you're in a tranquil resort where you can stay active and relax. I’ve had a great experience living at Broadway Village Apartments. The location is amazing, It's close to downtown Columbia, stores, restaurants, and Stephens Lake Park. The amenities, like the walking trails, pools, and tennis courts, are a great bonus. The apartment itself is spacious and clean. Nina has been very amazing, responsive and helpful. She truly goes above and beyond for the community.
I've had a lovely experience with everyone at Broadway Village Apartments so far. From asking about availability over the phone, setting up an in-person appt to view the premises, to signing my lease. Nina, the property manager, is very organized, communicative, and helpful. I'm moving from out of state but the onboarding process was smooth and efficient as they were all done online and Nina was sure to send kind reminder texts. I look forward to moving in!
