This place is easily the worst vet I’ve ever been to and had affected my dogs health. I first went to them because they were the only vet I called around that offered the Lyme disease vaccine. When I showed up for my appointment, the doctor said they don’t offer Lyme disease vaccines after they saw my dogs, one of which was only there for the Lyme disease shot so I paid her exam fee for no reason. They wouldn’t take accountability for the mistake and said they aren’t sure why the person at the desk would tell me that and didn’t even offer an apology. I have dog insurance and it was like pulling teeth trying to get Broadway Vet to send in the correct paperwork and my Claim was denied because of their failure to submit the forms. I had to redo the claim and spent so much time talking with the people at Broadway vet and my insurance and had to continuously remind them to send the paperwork and CC me and finally got my insurance return. While I searched for a new vet in the area I still had to go to them to refill a prescription for one of my dogs. When I went back to get a refill they said they no longer carry it in store and I would need to order through Chewy or another vet pharmacy. So I ordered it and Broadway denied my prescription when chewy called. They said my prescription was good for only 3 months even though they don’t sell 3 month packages. They found a way for me to order one month supplement and just order three of those, which I did. And to my surprise, I was contacted by chewy that my prescription was again denied by my vet. I did not have this issue with other vets. I then call Broadway vet regarding the recent 3 month prescription and in the same phone call with the same person, she said various different and conflicting things. First she said she didn’t see any requests for a 3 month refill from Chewy. Then she continued to blame chewy. Then she said my dog didn’t even have a file on record to which I said I would send my receipt for a refund for the visits I paid for. She then put me on hold to talk to someone. When she got back on hold she said she had my pets record and is approving the chewy prescription right now. To which I responded that Chewy has already Canceled my order. I then proceeded to ask for clarification how this is showing up now when she first said she didn’t see a second request from Chewy and then suddenly didn’t have my dogs record, and she denied ever saying that. There was no apology or explanation and when I expressed my concern about the cancellation email and my dog already being a month behind on his meds she threatened not to approve the prescription. Never was there even an acknowledgment of the inconsistencies and problems and she was blaming me or chewy. My dog is a month behind on his prescription and hasn’t been doing well and they don’t care at all. I called Chewy since their "approval" and they didn't have any approval from them, so I reordered. I heard from Chewy this morning that the Broadway vet once again denied my dog's prescription. I have tried calling Broadway vet multiple times today and their line is Busy. I am beyond upset and frustrated. Do not go to this business.

On July 24, 2020, I had an appointment at Broadway Vet. My 13 year old dog was grieving the loss of her sister litter mate. She was scratching, chewing, and itching badly her belly, chest, and inner legs. I called my regular vet but the office was closed as an employee was diagnosed with covid 19. A staff member took my dog back into the office and I remained on a bench on Broadway. The vet eventually came out to discuss her eye, her teeth, heartworm treatment (all things her regular vet treats). He said that he would be touch the next day with bloodwork results. He did not call. Also, he gave her a Pro Heart Injection. The bill totaled $539.16. This is an outrageous amount, and the discussion about my dog's history and current situation should have taken place before the exam and procedures. I have always had a dog/dogs since second grade and am a retired senior now, and I have never experienced this type of service.

Brought my chihuahua in for dental cleaning and extractions. My dog’s teeth are now sparkling white and no more bad breath!!! She is healing quickly with minimal discomfort. Prior to the procedure, I was given a large price range for the estimate (because my dog was not cooperative during the exam) and the actual price turned out to be in the lower range of the estimate! My roommate brings her pets here too. Very happy with all the care we’ve received at Broadway Veterinary Hospital.

I love Dr Sam, Dr Tyler & their wonderful staff. After my veterinarian for 16 yrs retired I was nervous and scared searching for another vet. Ziggy deserves nothing but the best. I researched and studied the backgrounds of different veterinarians I found Dr Sam to be the most qualified for my beloved pup lol (10yr old). I have taken Ziggy in a few times and each time the staff provides excellent service and treatment. I recommend Broadway Vet.

My 100 pound pitty had his first appointment today. Dr.Sam and his staff were AMAZING. My boy is in perfect health. I thought I was going to spend $500 or more to make sure he has everything he needed but nope I didn’t. Amazing care and super super affordable.
