Absolute terrible service to pet parents. Extra charges for no reason, zero information or questions answered during & after appointments, & petty, annoyed staff. Further, I left a negative google review recently with elaborate details around my concerns and they cancelled my upcoming appointment. This speaks volumes to how well they can take feedback. Yes, your appointment was canceled after you left a review that stated, "I decided I won't be returning". Your google review also contained lies about charges for things that you were not charged for. We're happy you found another vet office that better fits your needs. Your cat’s exam was due prior to the Durham and NC stay at home orders. Starting 5 weeks before any stay at home order was in place, we attempted to contact you four separate times by text, email, and phone, and no response was received. Although we may have been able to work something out, the language that you used when communicating both with our assistant and with Dr. Meade last week makes that option not possible now. Dr. Meade is an exceptionally caring veterinarian with our dogs. We value her recommendations. She and her staff are very patient when Brogan needs a nail trim !
BVM is a group of people who honestly care about you and your pet. Finding Dr. Meade and her folks after we moved to Durham has been awesome.
It's never easy to say good-bye. But Jimmy was just too ill to stay with us. But Dr. Noger and JC made the transition easier. They were so compassionate. Thank you so much for your caring spirits.
Dr. Meade and the entire Broadway staff are extremely kind, skilled, and professional. We can't imagine going anywhere else.
