I’m so grateful for Broadway Veterinarian Clinic; specifically Dr. Schaad and his experienced direction, surgical skills, ease and excellent communication during a recent surgical procedure with my 13 y/o pup. The techs and staff are always friendly, seem knowledgeable and handle their little patient-friends with love and care. Thank you, BVC 💕
Such mediocre service. If you’d like to pay for your pets services with confidence, I definitely suggest you find a small town on the outer limits of Portland, I know it’s tempting because this place ALWAYS has appointment slots but have HAVE ZERO (!!!) accountability. They’re running thru receptionists like they’re changing underwear. “It’s not the person, it’s the process”. Broadway Vets DOES NOT HAVE THE PROCESS.
We brought our little guy there, he liked them. You don't go in, they come out and talk to you and get everything that you are concerned about. When they bring you pet out they will address all of your concerns along with any others so you have a complete report on how your pet is doing. I have found my pets forever vetrinarian.
Great service, very friendly. Your dog, cat, rat, mouse, bird, lizard, will love the staff here. This business seems to take more pride in what they do compared to other places that I tried in the Portland Oregon area. I've had dogs of my own for over 35 years, moved here 10 years ago and this is by far one of, if not the best Veterinarian establishment around!
