Did not honor warranty on our tire after it Randomly cracked open and went flat. Argued with us about it. Then made us wait over an hour to swap a tire off the rim. Would rather spend $150 on a new tire then ever come to this place again. Avoid like the plague. Update: After waiting over an hour they realized the crack in the tire was actually their fault. In and out decent price and they are repairing cars now
These guys are fantastic! They go above and beyond without hesitation and a pleasure. I would highly recommend them. Ask for my man Bradley the next time you need a tire.
Called this morning to double check if they had tires in. Was told they had a "whole line of them" my wife takes off work 3 hours earlier to get new tires at $48. She gets there only to be told they have 2 used bald tires and its not worth their time. I call and John givesme the runaround of excuses and bullshit trying to act like my wife is making it up in the parking lot. Jim and his crew are the best! We have purchased tires for 5 different vehicles over the years (both new and used) and have always received not only the best price but great, speedy service as well! I highly recommend them!
Went and had all tires changed. Gave me a good price for my tires...the cutie there let me pick out the best tires I could find for my car. They did a good Job and were pretty fast...gave my my receipt...said if I had any problems to come back and it would be taken care of...no problems so far. :)
