I made a 1:00 appointment for tire rotation. I was on time and was told the wait would be about 1 hour and 30 minutes. After questioning why such a long wait I was explained that the employee would be taking a 30 minute lunch break and it takes an hour to do the service I scheduled for. I said okay, I haven’t ate today yet either so I will go get myself food while your employee takes his lunch and I will be back for 1:30.
