Ridiculous I called the office this morning at 9:00 to let them know that our heat went out again last night for the SECOND time in three days. Old apartment. Convenient location. Fast response. This apartment is old. If I moved in again, I would definitely choose second floor. The wall is super thin. I can hear people talk on the phone and their TV sound from my apartment. I hear every foot steep and every squeak that the people on second floor make, and that hurts my head A LOT.
