Horrible Service! If you are looking for a Tag Agency go elsewhere. As you can see on other posts, people at this agency are VERY RUDE and unprofessional! I went to renew my DL and it was the worst experience. I regret why I just did not walked away from this place when I had the chance.. Find another agency, don't go to this one.

great place of business – A very nice gentleman waited on me and was very helpful. Even with my problems, they were very helpful and I was able to get all of them resolved quickly.
Very rude and unprofessional – I would not recommend this place to anyone. Mike Bowles, Terri Bowles and their employees are extremely rude and condescending people. I walked in to purchase a tag for my new truck with all of my paperwork including my paperwork for exemptions because I am a disabled veteran. I was told a piece of paperwork was incorrect so I called the Veterans Affairs office promptly (within 10 minutes of being there) and was asked to have Terri or Mike Bowles fax them the paperwork so it could be corrected ... read more
