The new owners up the price when ever they want and don’t care. It is ridiculous that they have upped my rent 3 times since they bought it without warning. My rent started at $50 it is now $70. Last months rent was $65 they just upped it to $70 without warning.

Owner is very willing to straighten out all issues if you ever have one. Place is very nice
