Happy with my unit. Clean, dry, secure.
Since this storage facility came under new ownership, we've had numerous issues. The building prevented us from getting our unit door open due to a poor seal, and the response time for helping us was slow- no one was able to come until the next day. Today, we tried to get to our unit, and the gate wouldn't open. When we contacted the company, they said it was broke, and suggested we hop the (8 foot +) fence to get what we needed out of our unit! I would have given 5 stars, but the last 3 times we have been there, the security gate was open. I'm not sure what is up with that.
This is a first class storage solution!!! Very clean, excellent customer service and nice to work with. I would recommend them to anyone who needs extra storage. They helped make our move easy!!! Thank you for everything.
