NOT PLEASED with service. We purchased a guitar from them in June. Appproximately 4 weeks ago, we noticed a small hairline crack in the wood. The guitar has not been banged or carelessly handled....ie. the crack was not caused by misuse. We took the guitar back and were told this was not covered under any warranty and we would need to pay the \$40.00 bench fee. We pushed them to contact the manufacturer (Art and Guthrie). I have gotten our church sound needs from them over the years and they are terrific to deal with. They are very knowledgeable in all aspects of sound and video and carry all the major brands. One thing I do like most is they do not preasure you for a sale. They are also very good at recommending options to meet your needs, willing to come to your site and set up equipment or suggest different options to accommodate your needs prior to a sale.
