Just moved in, apartment is a little old and has a slight insect problem
I had a great experience with their leasing service. Shonnie was very attentive, always in time, polite and helpful. Definitely recommend the Bixby building
Management and maintenance are awesome. The building is kept clean. The people living here are respectful and keep to themselves.
Have been living here a couple of months and I like it so far. There have been some issues with my unit upon moving in like AC not working (did not get fixed for a month), and toilet flooding. But the maintenance team are pretty reliable with getting everything fixed and working perfectly. Great location. Leasing manager Shonnie is really friendly and personable and has been super helpful with every thing
I’m not sure why it’s taken me so long to leave a review, but I absolutely love, Love, LOVE living here!!! Hands down my favorite apartment ever.. super quiet, excellent staff and management, clean, safe and just all around the perfect space. I’m a long ways from home but the maintenance and management team have definitely made me feel like family. Thank you so much for your kindness and commitment to excellence..
