I did some front end work on my SUV and needed an alignment. They contacted me back right away in the evening and had me in the next morning. They were great to work with and did an excellent job. As a bonus my kids enjoyed playing at the playground down the street so we never had to wait around, the car was done before my kids were done playing
Poor customer service
Dillon was very helpful figuring out the issue with my vehicle. He did not do work that wasn't necessary and suggested ways to prevent the issue in the future. Thank you Dillon!! I will not hesitate to bring my vehicle back to Broadway Service!!
I’ve had a couple tires fixed here before and was pretty happy. Reviews looked good. Dropped off a set of 4 loose 14” car wheels to get changed over to new tires. When I picked them up I was shocked when it cost $189.06 (incl tax and fees) for a simple tire changeover of loose tires. I thought $25 a tire was pretty standard charge. Friendly quick service, but price was quite high for a loose tire changeover.
