The new manager, Leslie, has really worked to improve the complex. She has already done more in the time she has been here than they did my whole last lease term. She is also great at communicating, which is very important to me as a renter.
UPDATE INCLUDED AT THE BOTTOM: Do not move here. I have been here 6 months and there is cockroaches and they have still not fixed it. The buildings always smell of weed, and the entire property looks generally not well kept. Our front door had been kicked down by a domestic dispute from a previous tenant so when we moved in there was damage to the door and frame that made it extremely unsafe and they claimed they would fix it and still have not. The entrance is terrible to get into or out of and always blocks other traffic coming off Broadway. I'm surprised there aren't more accidents.
I lived here for 2 years, we were promised our full deposit on vacating. It has now been over 90 days & they have yet to give the deposit back despite giving written proof they will return it
