I have lived here for several years and through several property managers. Since taking over, the new manager, Leslie, has really worked like crazy in several areas to improve the complex. Communication is outstanding; maintenance requests are handled promptly; she always has a smile on her face when you see her; and she takes time to get to know you as a person, not just a rent amount. The new manager, Leslie, has really worked to improve the complex. She has already done more in the time she has been here than they did my whole last lease term. She is also great at communicating, which is very important to me as a renter.
UPDATE INCLUDED AT THE BOTTOM: Do not move here. I have been here 6 months and there is cockroaches and they have still not fixed it. The buildings always smell of weed, and the entire property looks generally not well kept. Our front door had been kicked down by a domestic dispute from a previous tenant so when we moved in there was damage to the door and frame that made it extremely unsafe and they claimed they would fix it and still have not. The entrance is terrible to get into or out of and always blocks other traffic coming off Broadway. I'm surprised there aren't more accidents.
