Great group of people and great company! They helped me find the perfect office space downtown. They respond immediately and are super helpful. 10/10 would recommend.
Do not rent here. They are extremely shady and rude. I put a maintenance request in 3 months ago and it only got fixed about a week before I moved out. I was told that I had to pay an extra month of rent after I moved out and that I could write a letter to upper management about disputing the charges. However, when I got the email response back, it was NOT from upper management. It was from the property manager who said she would send it up to upper management. This complex has TONS of silverfish. I MEANS TONS. LOTS of mold.... read more

Moving can be chaotic and definitely stressful, but when some misses came about for my move in process, Stephanie was quick to make it right. Laken was very sweet to work with over the phone and through email, and Stephanie just sealed the deal with her swiftness to fix a problem and kindness in doing so. I'm happy for my new start, thanks to this whole team!
