Broadway Ellsworth Realty is a horrible and outdated business with no respect for their tenants. The employees are lazy and see it as their job to just make excuses and make the tenants jump through unnecessary loops to get anything done. As an example, the office doesn't have an email address that the tenants can reach them at. The office seems like something out of a mafia movie and the whole business clearly originally started as a front for laundering dirty money.
Broadway Realty Partners is a wonderful company with excellent agents who are supportive in your rental property needs. It was a pleasure working with them and I fully recommend to anyone looking for a property in the greater Boston area.
