Let me tell you about Broadway Powersports in Tyler. I have a Can Am Spyder. It went into limp mode last week. I limped to Broadway powersports where I left it to figure out what was wrong with it. They had it for a week. I called today to check on it and they said I could come get it. That nothing was wrong with it and they couldn't get it to replicate. Had a client purchase some me jetskis at Broadway and he encountered an issue over the weekend with one of the skis. Rusty in the service department went above and beyond to remedy the situation, same day! Thank you for taking care of my client; GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE RUSTY!
Worst experience ever !! This place is run by an arrogant manager (Adam) who seems to think they have a monopoly on the local ATV market. Don't take your new broken Polaris to this dealership for repair unless you have 2 -3 weeks to spare. They have an outdated system where simple adjustments/repairs are treated the same as major repairs. Talk to them and they will explain that you didn't buy a Porsche, just an ATV !!
