Let me tell you about Broadway Powersports in Tyler. I have a Can Am Spyder. It went into limp mode last week. I limped to Broadway powersports where I left it to figure out what was wrong with it. They had it for a week. I called today to check on it and they said I could come get it. That nothing was wrong with it and they couldn't get it to replicate. Had a client purchase some me jetskis at Broadway and he encountered an issue over the weekend with one of the skis. Rusty in the service department went above and beyond to remedy the situation, same day! Thank you for taking care of my client; GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE RUSTY!
Save your money go somewhere else we are! They have no customer service they had my 4 wheeler since 10-17-2017 they haven’t even touched it.
Service department and service manger (Trey) really went the extra mile to get my 2002 Kodiak, which I bought new from them, running like a top. They really stuck with it and got it right.

I have had my fourwheeler there with the differential being fixed for a while now and it shouldn’t have been this long. Every time I call and get an update it’s excuse after excuse. I’m beyond fed up with it and have no more patience left. Broadway powersports has lost my business.
The sales experience was fine but service and management is horrible. I bought a Kawasaki mule there and paid the extra money to have a plastic hard top roof put on it. Had lanky had it a week and was towing to my deer ranch and the top came halfway off from the wind which bent the top and ripped the rubber straps off the held it down.
