We ordered from Broadway tonight and it was awful! Pizza was inedible. We couldn’t even pull the pizza off the cardboard. Delivery person was rude. We called to (kindly) let them know our pizza was terrible and Tori offered no apology or concession. We will NEVER order from them again.

I've got to give y'all props. I've ordered from you quite a few times and it's always been great. Last night I placed an order and was accidentally sent the wrong pizza. I talked with a dude there and he took care of everything. He had the correct pizza sent out and gave me a credit for a free pizza next time. Mistakes happen, no one is perfect, but the mark of a business with integrity is how they respond to their missteps. You guys responded admirably and you have earned a customer for life.

The staff was amazing it was my first time in this establishment and I loved it!! I right know there names but it is Friday night the 22nd of Dec. And the time is 5:52 pm the young lady at the counter(purple hair) hasd SUPER great attitude,vey friendly and very helpful!! And the young man who cooked our pizza and brought to our table was AWESOME-! GREAT ENERGY!! I will be back and will recommend
The last two pizzas I have gotten there were very skimpy on cheese, very disappointed.
Typically good, but I'm beyond pissed after my order yesterday. Not only was the delivery time wrong, 35 minutes late. To top that, there was hair in the pizza and I have pictures.
Car dealership ordered a boatload of pizzas. They came two and a half hours late and cold after promising to remake and deliver to right address. Needless to say I Nor the dealership will ever order pizza from here again.
