I order from this place all the time every now and again they make a mistake and messed up the order every time I've tried to call them back they have some elaborate story about how it's not their fault even when I order through online and everything is right this is the only place that I know of that when they fucked up they don't take responsibility for their actions they should be ashamed of themselves
Usually the food here is good, but what a fail tonight! Ordered a margherita pizza, and what we got was an abomination. Burnt crust, barely any cheese, and soggy basil. They put 2 inch thick slices of tomato on so it pulled the the chunk of barely cooked mozzarella off, which shoulda been UNDER the cheese anyway. Woulda sent it back had we not been starving. Also got a side of fries that tasted like the oil hadn't been changed since Nam. Don't think we'll order here anymore.
Hands down best pizza in the city of Lowell. I started getting pizza there when I was a little kid, helping my dad out at the shop on Fletcher Street. Never had any pizza like it!
Place sucks, send you all kinds of coupons, go to use them NO WAY, No expiration dates, Manager can't even help. Good way to keep customers
So the food here is pretty good and I usually never have a problem, but the guy who just delivered my meal was about the rudest person on the planet. He gave me the slip and when I signed it as he walked away he was like "Whatever" and when I said something else he kept walking away. I think it's time to find a new place to get food from.

Went there last night asked for a chicken finger dinner this stupid old white cunt that's always there being a cunt because that's all she is tells me the five piece chicken finger comes with sweet and sour sauce for free but since I got a 10 piece chicken finger I had to pay for the sweet-and-sour sauce why the fuck? racist bitch
