The worst service ever! Very slow. It's been like this for years!! Why do I still take my children here?! There is no respect for people's time. I had an appointment at 8:30, and I was seen at 9:05 a.m. Is it because they're located in the hood??!
The front female staff named Rinita (that's what she said her name) was terribly rude and unprofessional. I called last week for an appointment, she said our previous pediatrician needs to fax or email our son's medical records and it they were faxed to your office and email to me also right away. So I called again the same day the Broadway Pediatrics to have a look and for an appointment, this same lady answered after about 40 minutes and told me to call later another day.
