Very bad experience this last time i got my glasses done every year with them for the past 3 years this last time I went in as usual, picked a frame and off I go 3 weeks went by and nothing, called them and assured me the following Wednesday they would be ready, so I went to picked them up just to be told the delivery company lost the package with my glasses so they promise a refund in 2 weeks, so I went to another place and got my glasses done, they delivered them in time and for my surprise is been over two weeks now and I... read more
Pleasant experience throughout visit. Dr. Justin Nguyen and staff are knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Highly recommended for eye care /exam and eye glasses purchase.
I been coming to Broadway Optometry for years. The staff is very welcoming and I didn't wait long for the exam at all. I think I was in and out in less than 45 minutes including exam and eyewear selection. Thank you for the pleasant experience year after year!
