Old and smelly so it wouldnt work for my needs.
Very unprofessional, when calling to inquire about the property a man answers "hello" very rudely. I had to double check if this was an actual business, when asking questions about property he is very short and make it seem like you're a bother. Will not get my business.
I have been in this building for more than 15 years, pleased with all aspects of the building. The owner, Ken Phillips, just installed a brand new six figure parking lot, which exemplifies his willingness to invest in the property.
Broadway South provides a quality product for a reasonable price. The offices are large, well maintained, and a great value for your hard earned dollars. Maintenance on the building and its systems is performed regularly, plus management is quick to repair any peripheral issues, right down to and including prompt replacement of light bulbs. I have been here for almost 3 years. The offices have a lot of room. The building is in a great location. It is well maintained. The people in the building are the best. Management is great! What more can I say?
