Dr Regush was my OB for my two first pregnancies. I moved provinces and am now in BC pregnant with my third and I swear I miss her everyday. She was always super respectful of all my decisions, never pushed me to do anything I did not want to and overall was always so pleasant. She was also always so calm, even when I went overdue she always reassured my baby was thriving. I will really miss her for all my future pregnancies.
Dr Regush performed my surgery in May, and gave me her clinic phone number to call if I had questions, so when I did, I left a detailed message with all of my questions/concerns with their receptionist only to have her call me back the next day and say "she said to follow up with my regular gyno". I can understand that, but why provide your number for follow up questions as my surgeon when I use it when I'm clearly scared, worried and unsure about what is happening with my body after her surgical procedure. Dr. Mayerle is so sweet and very helpful. She made me feel if I am talking to a friend.
The 1 star reflects the unprofessional and rude behaviour from Crystal. She doesn't want you to waste her time with details and will snap at you. Patients go there for important medical care and when we want to leave a message for our provider, please listen instead of brushing us off. Other staff like Deana and Maria are exceptional, invested in your healthcare, and go above and beyond. I hope the Office takes note of the staff who represent professionalism and treat patients with respect.
