Not okay for me to wait an hour to be seen by my doctor--30 minutes in the waiting area, and nearly 30 more in the small room--mind you I arrived early for my appointment!! In the meantime, I hear my doctor having a conversation about baseball right outside my door...I'm still waiting!! I waited nearly an hour to be seen for about 4 minutes!!
