Been there many times over the years. Most of the guys do real good work there, but I do keep an eye on them when they put tires back on the car. They have cross threaded a lug nut twice before (was a new guy doing the work each time) ... If you just need a flat repair, rotate tires, mount/balance new tires, that sort of thing -this is the place to do it. New tire prices are good too. They can get *anything*.
Made an appointment with an employee because said he would fix my tire with a special tool, called before appointment & employee did not have the tool. Spoke with another employee about it and he hung up on me twice! Will never do business with them again...bad customer service!
