Literally the worst company to work with. Their "project managers" are clueless and rude. They expect quotes within hours and provide no information even though they have it. Every review more than 1 star is from an employee, for sure.
they dont pay there bills
We have been working with Broadway National on Sign repairs lighting and electrical for the past 20+ years. It has been a pleasure to work with all the different operations coordinators. They are all knowledgeable and helpful to work through all the different situations that is presented on each and every different work order. I found it's one of the few companies that truly cares about each and every customer they service. Looking forward to working with them for another 20 years.
We have worked with Broadway National for about 10 years as a vendor and are happy to say it has been a pleasure working with them. At the start, it took a little while to get the flow and organization just right, with minor hiccups now and then, like many new relationships, but that was quickly resolved and it has been great ever since. Have truly made us feel like part of their team and we look forward to receiving new projects from them.
