I’ve been going to this nail salon for a year now and let me tell you I will NO longer be going back. I’ve had so many bad experiences with them. Out of all their nail techs they only have 3 that are decent, not sure how the other ones even got certified. Yesterday, I called to make an appointment and I spoke with Jen and I set an appointment with her for the following day in which SHE picked the time 9:30am I showed you and at 9:50 another nail tech comes and tells me that Jen is not coming. I made appointments for me and mom at 6 and they made us wait 30 minutes then when i asked for regular nail polish the lady tried to talk me into gel so she could make more money and then she only did one coat of polish which looked really streaky and was chipped the very next day from me taking a shower terrible experience overall dont recommend
My nails were nice but the nail tech Ellie was so rough and quick with the drill and gave me rings of fire
This place is the best. Always get taken care of quickly even without an appointment
