I’m leaving this review so other customers are aware and can make sure to confirm everything before services begin. When I sat down, no one asked which pedicure or manicure option I wanted. Instead, the technicians said “we do number four for you” while already starting the upgraded steps (scrubs, massage, etc.). Because they started immediately, I didn’t feel like I had a real opportunity to choose or decline. Number four ended up being the most expensive option. Poor customer service. Diego was horrible! My nail broke within 24 hours after a fill in. I went back and paid $6. He put a square tip instead of coffin shape and it showed. When I walked out I noticed he carelessly put the wrong color on my nails. I had to go back inside to have someone else fix it but the quality of that wasn’t the best. I will not be sitting in his chair ever again. Talking on the phone the whole service, so unprofessional. Care more, maybe you will get more tips and business!
