Horrible customer service. I went with my mom and 2 cousins and I called in for 3 manicures and 2 pedicures and a child and asked beforehand they are able to take us in and she said yes. We get there and they sat my mom down for a pedicure and me for a manicure. They sat my cousin down after 10 minutes for a pedicure and then 5 minutes later she makes my cousin get up and wait because apparently someone else had an appointment with the person who was suppose to do her pedicure. I went there today and first spoke with a lady named Jenny, but when I asked her name, she told me it was Tina, which was a little confusing. I kept asking for short nails since I can’t work with long ones, but she insisted that short nails are “ugly” and ignored my request. When I got home, I realized I couldn’t work with the nails and even hurt myself. I called back, explained the situation, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
