So I purchased a mower from them 2 summers ago. No problems. Worked great. It recently stopped working. Okay no big deal. We checked the common sense issues. Oil, gas, my husband even thought it had something to do with the cord attached to the handle. Still not working so we take it to them and they let us know all that’s wrong with it including the fact the blade was put in upside down. They were patient enough to wait for us to pick up our lawnmower for an entire month when my spouse and I were away on business.
I gave this place 1 star and haven't even been there. With that said, I will explain. I was calling around to local places for a lawn mower. A lady answered the phone and my first impression was that she really didn't want to be there let alone answer a phone. I then proceeded to ask how much they charged for a basic plain Jane used lawnmower. The lady advises me that the cheapest they have is 150$.
