They never answer the phone buy great doctors
I have purchased many items from Broadway Medical, including a recliner, an amazing MedMizer bed, a hoyer lift, scooter , and more. The owner, Rob, goes far above and beyond normal customer service. He follows up with calls to ensure satisfaction, and is truly a great, caring man to do business with. Delivery is prompt and efficient. He and Eric, his staff and delivery person, is totally knowledgeable about the operation of all of the medical items they sell. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else for medical supplies!
NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE AND WHEN THEY DO THEY HANG UP. I HAVE EVEN WITNESSED THIS AS THE RECEPTIONISTS WERE SITTING THERE TALKING! Disgusting in a medical office. If you don’t like or want to do the job then find a new one!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT DOCTORS ARE VERY GOOD AND UNDERSTAND. GOOD LUCK GETTING THROUGH AND DEALING WITH THE GIRLS AT THE DESK!! They could care less!!!
It's good place especially for us individual who don't like going to the ER staff is especially friendly and show compassion for the patient. It's great when you don't have the time to deal with emergency room.
