The staff & doctors are really nice. The place is very clean. I'm comfortable there.
The lady that answers the phone has 0 clue of anything she is talking about , i call asking for 1 thing she tells me only one word “ no” thats it. How is that suppose to answer my question ?
Terrible Customer service and poor communication/organization. I was scheduled for a MRI without being notified. The car service picked me up and drove me to a different location. The doctor and front desk never notified me. Like I'm some lab rat. Just schedule me for procedures and not tell me. Also, during an appointment, a doctor just began working on me without telling me what she was doing or introducing herself. It was some nerve test she was doing. I wasn't expecting the sensations and she just started zapping me. I t... read more
