I paid rent on november 1st and signed a lease and they cashed it november 26th yet broadway management group is having me evicted saying I didnt pay november rent yet I also played decembers rent on the 4th and I'm being evicted christmas eve how can I be evicted when I paid rent , scam company lied in court and committed fraud and will be sued and criminal charges pressed
