He’s helped me with several things around my apartment and has always been incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful. He genuinely goes above and beyond and is a huge asset to the building. If you're looking to move downtown or into the Gaslamp Quarter... I highly recommend you check this building out! It's a very classy old school building with a lot of character. The building is very clean and well maintained. They also have a very nice and well equipped gym. My favorite part about living here is the staff! Everybody that works here (from the property manager, to Richard and Lex in the leasing office, to the maintenance and cleaning crew) is very professional and super cool! Thank you Arrive Broadway!
If you're into industrial timeless vibes, Arrive Broadway Lofts is your next home! I love my unit and don't plan on moving anytime soon!
Wanna feel like you’re living in New York? This is the place for you! Such a cool property! Use to be a bank built in 1908 and they’ve kept so much of the originally history outside and inside of the property! Lots of retail spaces nearby and since it’s in the city there’s lots of places to eat and easy transportation! The lofts are actual lofts, beautiful views of the city and water, very spacious and beautifully well renovated! Shoutout to the maintenance team! Huge windows in the units!
