It’s an absolute 5 star for staff and maintenance. But I am leaving a 3 star review for the living situation as there are just so many homeless in front of the building. I have always lived in downtown on this side and have never seen it in this state or this way on this corner, it’s gotten carried away here. It is brutally noisy, even from the 9th floor. I have been living here for almost 6 years and have been very pleased with my experience. Joe, Martin, and Ashley have continuously made my experience pleasant. They will go out of their way to get any issue that you have taken care of and are prompt about it. I would recommend living here.
Hector at the Arrive Broadway lofts has been so helpful! He gave us a great and well informed tour of the units and went above and beyond by sending us photos of the actual unit. We’ve been looking for apartments for quite some time and arrive definitely has had the best customer service and responsiveness. Ashley - who I’ve only spoken to on the phone has also been really nice and helpful! Overall great management team, and beautiful building. I just wish the location was better in DT.
I’ve lived in this apartment for approaching 5 years and it truly feels like home. The community here is warm, welcoming, and incredibly supportive—thanks in large part to Ashley. Her dedication to creating a tight-knit, homey environment doesn’t go unnoticed. She goes above and beyond to make sure everyone feels connected and cared for. Grateful to call this place home! Double shoutout to the maintenance team with Joe, super quick turn around times and great communication!
